How do I register?

Simply fill out the registration form that can be found here. You need to double check that all your information is correct before you submit because this is where we will send all your prizes and winnings to!

How do I change or update information?

If you need to update your personal information just log in and click on 'my account ' and make any changes there. You can also send your new details to customer services and they will make all the changes on your behalf. All changes to credit or debit cards are to be made through customer services for security reasons.

How do I login?

When you register you will be asked to create a Username and Password. You need these to log in. We send it to you in your welcome email, so make sure you keep that email in a safe place. You can then log in via the express log-in on InterBingo's home page.

Can I play for free?

InterBingo does not have a play for free site, however we will give you a £1 Bingo Bonus when you register that can be used to try out our Bingo games.

I forgot my username or password, what do I do?

If you forget your password, click on the forgot password? link which is located in the Players Login Box on the home page of InterBingo where you can request to have your password reset by entering your password and security word. When can I withdraw my winnings?

The minimum withdrawal is £10. You can only withdraw once within a 24 hour period up to £2,500. Any withdrawal over £600 may require proof of identity. Withdrawals to credit and debit cards can only be made to the card which you deposited on.

Withdrawal requests to a credit or debit card can only be made to the card registered to your account and with which you have deposited funds.

What is a Bingo Bonus?

A Bingo bonus is free money to use on any of our bingo games. There is no cash alternative. Bonus money is a reward for playing and depositing at InterBingo. They can also be given as prizes for playing games in the chat rooms, playing in tournaments and other various promotions and events that take place at InterBingo.

In order to qualify for a bonus you must meet the following criteria:

(1) You must have deposited within the past 30 days
(2) The amount won during the chat games will not exceed the deposit bonus percentage that you are eligible for.
(3) Before any player can withdraw their bonus money they will need to complete the 10 times wagering requirements (So, if you are issued a £1 bonus upon your registration and deposit £10, you will receive a £10 bonus (making the overall bonus, £1+£10 = £11), you are then required to purchase TEN TIMES the bonus amount in tickets (in this example £110) before withdrawing a ny of your winnings)
(4)Players need to deposit at least £10 before any withdrawal can be made.
(5) If you try to withdraw all or part of your deposit before the wagering requirements have been met you will lose your entire match deposit bonus.

How can I trust the games to be fair?

What happens if I lose connection during a game?

The game will continue to be played out on the bingo servers and your balance will automatically be adjusted accordingly.

How do I play / purchase strips for bingo?

Once you have registered and deposited you are able to purchase bingo cards. As soon as you log in you will be taken into the bingo room. If there is a game in progress there will be a timer telling you when the next game begins. As soon as a game is completed you will be given a set of randomly chosen strips. If you would like a different set just click on get new tickets and a new set will be allocated to you. Video poker - This game is based on 5-card poker and the aim is to bet a better hand than the system. Just click deal for five cards to be dealt. Then click on the cards that you wish to keep or ‘hold’, by clicking on the ‘hold’ button located at the bottom of the screen. You can deselect them by clicking on them again. Then click deal. If you have a stronger hand than the ‘dealer’ you win the bet, easy!

Slots - Our slots games are very similar to the ones that you have played in land based casinos. The aim is to line up three or more symbols on the same pay lines. Details of the winning combinations can be found on the payout table located within the game. Whenever you spin a winning combination you will win the pot according to the stake you have made.
